Private Client - Solicitor/Associate
Top national firm seeks a Solicitor / Associate to join their busy Private Client department in Birmingham.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining existing relations with the firm's clients and assisting in developing new relationships with third party referrers.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include dealing with the following:
- Wills and probate
- Powers of attorney
- Estate administration
- Trusts
- Court of protection and deputyship
- Tax planning
You will work with high net worth individuals, acting for a range of clients including family business owners, landed estates, newly acquired wealth, private individuals with inherited wealth, and Trustees of substantial trusts.
