An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-regarded and expanding firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to step into a key role within the department. The Role You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including: Intestate estate administration Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills Taxable and non-taxable estate administration Client-facing probate work (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work The Ideal Candidate 3-4 years PQE Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude What’s on Offer Salary circa £55,000–£80,000 , depending on experience and seniority Annual performance-related bonus Hybrid working po...
