Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine joining a Royal Household medical structure in Abu Dhabi. This role is not hospital-based in the traditional sense. It is embedded within a private, protocol-driven healthcare environment responsible for the ongoing medical governance of a high-profile family unit. You will be responsible for longitudinal internal medicine oversight, complex diagnostics coordination, chronic disease management, and escalation to tertiary care when required. The role requires close collaboration with a small, highly discreet multidisciplinary team including executive GPs, emergency cover physicians, and external specialist consultants across Europe and the US. Clinical work is predominantly preventive and anticipatory, with a strong emphasis on early detection, risk stratification, and continuity of care across multiple residences and international travel contexts.
