The Role
The Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Scheduler coordinates and optimizes nursing staff schedules to ensure high-quality patient care. The role supports operational efficiency by managing staffing needs, overseeing care plan recertifications, training staff on electronic systems, and maintaining communication with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
