The Investment Associate will play a critical role in end-to-end deal execution, with a strong emphasis on control-oriented investments across industries . The role requires a hands-on investor mindset, combining rigorous financial analysis with commercial judgment and the ability to engage directly with management teams across Southeast Asia.

Investment Execution (Core Focus)
- Lead detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis , including LBO modelling, returns attribution, and scenario analysis.
- Drive end-to-end execution workstreams : due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, legal), data room management, and advisor engagement.
- Evaluate investment opportunities with a buyout/control lens , including capital structure optimisation, downside protection, and value creation levers.
