Residential Property Solicitor (1–4 PQE)
Shropshire & West Midlands – I am working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, seeking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor (1–4 years PQE) to join its structured and growing team across offices in Telford, Wolverhampton, and Shrewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid‑level solicitor to develop within a busy, supportive environment, benefiting from a strong pipeline of work and an established client base.
Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New‑build transactions
- Manage files from instruction through to completion, with appropriate support where needed, and a strong focus on delivering a high level of client service
