**Summary:**
+ Works under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and supports both the Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant by providing continuous observation to patients that require 1:1 observation. Supports team focused relationships to ensure patient safety and improved outcomes. Demonstrates accountability to the patient, family, self and the healthcare team.
