Physical Therapist (PT)
Compensation: Pay per visit, $65 - $170 per visit, Visit rates dependent upon visit type, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type: PRN, Flexible.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of our patients and formulating treatment plans in the home care environment. A PT provides therapy services, including the creation and administration of care plans, as well as oversees physical therapy assistants. A PT must work collaboratively across the internal interdisciplinary care team, physicians, and other stakeholders in our patient's care.
