Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a **PRN RN or LPN** that would be interested in an **On-going** , **full-time contract** opportunity at long term care/skilled nursing facility in **Rockford** , **IL** . Additional details of the contract are below:
**Position:** PRN RN or LPN
**Location:** Rockford, IL
**Pay (RN): $50/hr**
**Pay (LPN): $38/hr**
**Schedule:**
+ Mainly evening shifts: 2 PM - 10 PM (possible options for 1st or 3rd shift)
+ Monthly schedules/shift openings sent out at beginning of month - RN will choose what shifts they can pick up from options based on availability
+ build own monthly schedule
+ Must have weekend availability
**Duration:**
+ On-going
**Requirements:**
+ **At least 2+ year experience as RN or LPN**
+ **Skilled Nursing or LTC experience**
+ **RN IL License or**
+ **LPN IL license**
+ **BLS**
+ **ASAP Start**
