The PRO FLEX Director is responsible for the leadership of activities and staff associated predominantly with responses to non-traditional request for proposals. Works independently to develop outlines, compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams assigned to work rapid response and non-traditional efforts. Ensures the response is compliant, compelling, and completed on schedule while working with the Capture Manager to ensure the opportunity strategies and solutions are reflected in the response. Ensures responses are complete and delivered to the Government customers within the prescribed times.
This role will also be a dedicated resource itself to serve as Proposal Manager on the most strategic responses within this category and provide surge support to our most strategic and/or classified proposals as needed.
