**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead a production team in optimizing plant safety, plant performance and plant efficiency.
+ Operate cement kiln and milling circuits in alignment with plant targets and regulatory requirements.
+ Communicate/coordinate with other plant teams (e.g. quality, maintenance, environment, etc.) relative to operational needs and performance.
+ Lead plant personnel on process control systems and best practices.
+ Utilize operating and administrative technologies, software and methodologies.
