Job Description
We are looking for a Process & Data Analyst for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, identify business questions, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear analytical approaches.
- Support GTM initiatives by delivering insights on business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and strategic KPIs.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that track performance against targets and support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
