As a Process Development Engineer (Cleanroom Production) your primary task will be developing the cleanroom testing process. You will be responsible in process development of ASIC testing, X-ray detector (hybrid) testing and flip-chip bonding process in our cleanroom production.
Your role will include:
Improving/troubleshooting the ASIC/ X-ray detector probe station testing speed and reliability.Improving/troubleshooting the flip-chip bonding process.Documentation work for SOPs and work instructions. Conducting trainings for operators.Supporting cleanroom facilities and equipment. Acquire and verify new equipment for production.role requires on-site workingWhat we are looking for:
