Job Description
Purpose:
To deliver end-to-end process transformation through process discovery, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling Lean and Automation driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead/Facilitate implementation of Global Programs / Initiatives
- Execute efficiency and transformation initiatives defined at the global level within the GBS Philippines organization.
- Ensure alignment with GBS PH Transformation Head for all local strategies with global objectives and priorities.
- Monitor and control the effective implementation of these initiatives, ensuring they deliver the expected outcomes
