**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Scope:** The Process Engineer will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process (production, maintenance, capital, etc.). This position is a key member of the plant management team and has influence and shared accountability for plant safety, quality, cost performance and assurance of long-term viability and operations success in Duke, OK.
**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Establish and maintain safe working conditions and procedures.
+ Develop personal knowledge of the production process and equipment.
+ Develop personal knowledge of quality including ASTM and UL requirements.
+ Work in conjunction with other department managers & employees to solve problems and improve plant safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Execute capital and major maintenance projects.
+ Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
