About Dispelix – We develop and deliver see‑through waveguide combiners for augmented reality devices. Our mission is to provide high‑performance AR waveguides that seamlessly integrate virtual and real environments.
About the role – We are looking for an energetic, result‑driven senior process engineer to strengthen our Manufacturing and Development team in Espoo. You will execute, plan, and develop waveguide manufacturing tasks performed mostly in a cleanroom environment and will travel to partner sites in Europe and Asia to ramp up processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manufacture novel Dispelix AR optical waveguides, primarily by transferring internally developed processes to manufacturing partners.
- Participate in customer projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain our leading position in manufacturing see‑through displays.
