Your Role –
Support daily operations of glass fabrication, including glass lathes, anode sleeve production, and bulb joining.Collaborate with Glass blowers to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, and quality.Lead and document Process Qualification (PQ) activities for Process Qualification/Validation Builds including:Process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Gage R&R ,measurement system analysis and Test method validation.Qualification protocols (PQ)Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or quality issues.Support Glass fab by establishing best practices and safety protocols.Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.Participate in continuous improvement initiativesPerf...
