Job Description
Purpose
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analysing, designing, and optimising end-to-end business processes for the Specialty line of business as part of a core systems replatforming initiative. The role ensures that business requirements are clearly defined, future-state processes are fit for purpose, and that process design effectively informs system configuration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis & Design
- Analyse current-state (as-is) processes across the Specialty line of business.
- Design future-state (to-be) processes aligned to replatformed system capabilities and business objectives.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities enabled by the new platform.
2. Requirements Definition & Handover
