Job Description
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Engineering and Technology, mechanical, design, production and processing, computer and electronics.
- Technical knowledge on FMEA, FA Evaluation, 8D, CLCA, machine qualifications and QA tools, jigs design and maintenance.
- Provides engineering support within the production process including the development of process and equipment specifications, process trouble shooting and operator training.
- Monitors the production yield output and establishes countermeasures to further increase the yield.
- Provides support in new model set-up and development on production line.
- Makes design of jigs and fixtures, and conduct qualification of machine, jigs and fixture that will be used in the production lines.
- Initiates and executes corrective and preventive action or countermeasure for problem regarding equipment and process.
