Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Process/Product/Equipment transfer, and release executes technology transfer timely and smoothly.
- Line issues: resolves operational issues timely to sustain customer demands.
- System establishment of procedures, improves specification and documents continuous improvement of operation.
- Training and development: lead the training, certification and development of operators and technicians.
- Support top management priorities – support tasks as required by top management to sustain operational demands.
Education & Experience
- B.Sc. Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related can apply).
- At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiber optics industry.
