Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify gaps in current processes, recommend improvements to headquarters for approval, and lead the implementation of new or revised processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of process changes.
- Proactively identify potential issues to prevent incidents before they occur.
- Ensure plant operations are in compliance with design specifications.
- Lead Risk Assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), following through with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
- Conduct regular inspections, checks, and team briefings to maintain operational standards.
- Deliver training sessions to technicians on new or modified processes.
- Mentor and train the engineering team to ensure high levels of technical competency and performance.
