Job Description
5.5 Days Work Week Monday to Friday : 0830 - 1730 Saturday : 0830 - 1230 Job Responsibilities: Develop and validate CNC programs and machining processes for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and live-tooling lathes.
Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Lead cycle time reduction and tool life improvement projects.
Troubleshoot production issues - dimensional deviations, poor surface finish, chatter, tool breakage.
Create setup sheets, tool lists, inspection plans, and standard work.
Perform time studies, capability studies (Cpk), and first-article inspections.
Provide engineering support to the teams on all technical / programming issues.
Collaborate with quality on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain program and process documentation revision control.
Any other duties as assigned.
