Job Description
To lead the Process Engineering function in the O&M Department, ensuring effective monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of all treatment plants including WTPs, STPs, sludge and biogas systems, and advanced treatment technologies. The Process Head will lead a team of Site Process Engineers across various O&M Projects, provide technical leadership, ensure process compliance, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the performance of all Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Ozonation systems, sludge management systems, and biogas generation units.Identify performance gaps and take corrective/preventive actions to enhance treatment efficiency and reliability.Lead process audits and implement optimization strategies for energy, chemical, and resource efficiency.Act as the technical authority for diagnosing and resolving complex process issues across al...
