Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hands-on in equipment function, set-up & conversion for all or any equipment type
- Ensure equipment operation and maintenance to achieve equipment availability >90%.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other groups and sites to provide effective solutions and support for daily production activities.
- Ensure spec compliance and follow OCAP for machine troubleshooting.
- Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes.
- Able to work in a rotational shift work as and when needed.
- Good time planning to complete the task on time
- Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.
