Salary: Up to 68K but open for salary negotiation

Non-Negotiable:
- At least 2 years in College / Preferred College Graduate Degree
- Selling point – The successful candidate will be trained for Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (company-paid)
- Required at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- 5–7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
- Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing, engineering, etc.)
