For our client, a global organization with a Shared Service Center, we are seeking a Process Governance Manager (PTP, OTC, RTR) to join their leadership team. This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence, governing end-to-end finance processes, and driving continuous improvement across multiple process towers within the SSC.
