Job Description
The Process Improvement Senior Analyst drives operational excellence across Global Finance Operations by leading process improvement and transformation initiatives. The role combines data-driven analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, improve performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end cross-functional processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Lead root cause analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and related methodologies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, and Technology teams to deliver process, automation, and transformation improvements.
- Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business value, risk, and impact.
