Process Lead

* Job Location:* Hershey, PA * Summary:* The Process Lead will drive the Hershey Lean Daily Management systems at the Plant by driving *process discipline*, *developing and implementing process improvements*, and *building operator capabilities* in a TPM environment. This leader will drive process, system and operational improvements that are integral to facilitate in our vision to create a *zero-loss culture*. A core function of the role includes developing standards for executing tasks on the line (ex. changeovers), training operators and mechanics to execute standards properly. The Process Lead will *own* the centerline and changeover Daily Management Systems, in addition to driving daily direction setting activities, hand-off, huddles and actions through the other Daily Management Systems.
