Oversee the end-to-end quote to contract process within the Quote-to-Cash (QtC) function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify & implement process improvements to enhance quote, contract and tender efficiency and effectiveness through automation / digitization.
Define and manage QtC process dependencies, risks, and controls associated with the separation, including system interactions, data handoffs, and interim operating models.
Lead the implementation of any new system capabilities from a QtC perspective, including definition of business requirements, coordination of UAT, validation of end-to-end process impacts, and sign‑off of readiness for deployment.
Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to address them at source.
