What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring key plant circuits including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP, flotation, elution, and tailings systems
- Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and optimising plant performance
- Performing general housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks
- Assisting with clean-up and operational support using small mobile plant
- Analysing process data to identify improvements in safety, efficiency, and recovery
- Working collaboratively within a safety-first team culture
