Process Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The Process Support Specialist plays a critical support role in our lean aerospace manufacturing environment. This position ensures that technicians and machine operators have the necessary tools, components, and materials to meet production schedules without interruption. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and understands the importance of just-in-time material delivery in a precision-focused environment. Excellent communication skills and independent time management skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Proactively replenish materials, components, tools, and supplies to work cells based on Kanban or other pull systems
+ Ensure uninterrupted production flow by removing waste, empty bins, and scrap from workstations
+ Deliver calibrated tools, consumables, and part kits to technicians and assembly lines
