You are an engineertechnologist with leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing operation. You have a proven track record and a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Accountable identifying and implementing improvements in Process equipment throughput, quality, safety and efficiency

  • Manage the day-to-day issues and operations in the refinery

  • Working closely with operational personnel to understand problems, perform troubleshooting and develop solutions together
