Working Hours : 12 hour shift
Salary Package : Base Salary + AWS + Fixed Allowance + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions to safely operate equipment, manage site services, and handle vehicle loading/unloading.
- Organize work, prepare for shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Make routine operational decisions according to established procedures. Consult manager or team leader for non-routine situations.
- Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others.
- Share ideas to improve safety and efficiency and work with others to implement changes.
- Perform maintenance and conduct testing.
- Identify and respond to emergency situations, following established procedures. May assist with site emergency response outside of regular hours.
