**Job Description**
The Process Technician on 3rd shift sets up, troubleshoots, and maintains highly automated plastic injection molding equipment in a clean, well-organized production environment. This role supports continuous 24/7 operations by ensuring machines run safely and efficiently, performing mold changes, monitoring product quality, and handling materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and work with plastic injection molding machines to ensure stable and efficient production.
+ Check and adjust key process parameters such as pressure, melt temperature, and fill time to maintain product quality.
+ Perform set-ups and changeovers on automated injection molding machines according to production requirements.
