The Position
Process Technician – 12‑month contract with opportunity for extension. Two positions; one role will also require work at Dumyat location. Both positions are based on site at Athena Motherwell, with approximately 70% time at Bathgate.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with manufacturing technicians and engineers to become highly competent in sensor manufacture line operation, processes, and procedures.
- Support monitoring of product and process data using statistical analysis techniques.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using a methodical approach and report progress in a structured way.
- Conduct CTQ testing and material / product analysis techniques.
- Investigate and resolve non-conformances and help develop robust OCAPs and preventive measures.
- Support NPD projects through transfer of pilot work to high-volume manufacture.
