Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all front-facing process-related issues occurring during out-of-hours shift operation.
- Collaborate closely with the Process Owners, Equipment Engineering, and Operation Teams to restore the disrupted process to production while maintaining quality and achieving modules objectives.
- Monitor and sustain process performance for qualified processes and operations, including monitoring SPC.
- Deploy and review statistical process controls to ensure a stable and robust processing platform, responding to PR rules and adhering to CAS/SOP guidelines.
- Address out-of-control or process abnormality issues, handle lot disposition, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide detailed and accurate passdown of tool, process related and lot disposition information during handovers between shift process members, enabling efficient follow-up procedures.
