O'Neal Steel currently has an opening for a Processing & Programmer Specialist at our Mobile, AL facility.

We're looking for a Processing & Programmer Specialist to join our team. This role owns processed orders from quote through production and shipment. It combines programming, hands-on processing support, and order coordination to drive efficient execution, improve throughput, and maximize profitability. This position serves as the link between sales, operations, and the shop floor to ensure work is quoted accurately, produced efficiently, and delivered on time.

+ Analyze prints to determine production methods, machine time, costs, and lead times
+ Support inside sales with quotes and pricing for processed work
