This role combines purchasing, administrative, and accounting support within a manufacturing environment.
The position supports:
+ Procurement & vendor coordination
+ Office operations and documentation
+ Timekeeping and reporting within QuickBooks

Daily Responsibilities
Purchasing / Supply Chain
+ Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
+ Source materials and communicate with vendors
+ Request quotes, track orders, and follow up with suppliers
+ Support receiving and shipping coordination
Sales Order & Admin Support
+ Open and manage sales orders
+ Assemble and organize work orders
+ Maintain documentation (scanning, filing, etc.)
Accounting / System Responsibilities
