Banking & Finance Analyst Sydney Contract or Temp

Leading FinTech firm seeks Procurement Analyst on initial 6 month contract. Excellent CBD offices (4 days in office, 1 day from home) & supportive culture with benefits!

  • Purchasing Support: Process and track purchase requests and POs, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance. Manage the full PO lifecycle, including amendments and closures, monitor open balances and delivery timelines, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for audit and financial control.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Review and reconcile supplier invoices against POs and receipts to ensure accurate coding, pricing, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
