We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team based in the North West province. The successful candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced procurement environment, preferably within the mining, earthmoving machinery, or heavy equipment parts industry.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the procurement and sourcing of mining and earthmoving machinery parts, equipment, and operational consumables Procure parts for heavy earthmoving equipment and mining machinery Process purchase orders and follow up on supplier deliveries Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and internal departments regarding procurement requirements Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning Obtain quotations and compare pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing Support the procurement team with adminis...
