Procurement Bid & Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Bid & Project Manager (PPM) to support bid and project execution across Defense, Security, ICT, and Digital Solutions programs. This role serves as the primary procurement partner to business, bid, engineering, and project teams, ensuring the delivery of competitive, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition strategies that support successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will lead procurement activities throughout the bid-to-project lifecycle, managing supplier engagement, acquisition planning, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and contract execution while aligning with organizational procurement strategies.
