Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for import and procurement activities, ensuring paperwork is filed, organised and easily accessible
- Maintain and update internal freight trackers, shipment status reports and import documentation
- Support the coordination of import/export processes, liaising with internal teams, freight partners and suppliers where required
- Assist with the set-up, maintenance and ongoing accuracy of product data within the internal Product Information Management (PIM) system
