Job Description

1. 负责日常采购订单的录入、跟踪与闭环管理,确保采购流程及时、准确、可追溯;
2. 协同需求部门确认物料规格、数量及交付要求,对接供应商完成询价、比价、合同条款初步沟通等基础采购支持工作;
3. 整理并归档采购相关单据(如入库单、发票、验收记录等),保障凭证完整、账实相符;
4. 定期更新供应商基础信息台账,协助开展供应商履约情况基础数据统计与分析;
5. 配合完成月度对账、库存差异核查等跨职能协作任务。

1. 有相关工作经验者优先考虑;
2. 具备基本办公软件操作能力;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心及细致严谨的工作习惯,遵守职业操守。
