Job Description Assist with purchasing of goods and services required by the business. Request and compare supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations. Prepare and process purchase orders. Follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries. Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing data, and procurement documentation. Assist with stock control and inventory monitoring. Resolve supplier queries and delivery discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and budgets. Capture procurement data on internal systems. Liaise with warehouse, operations, and finance teams. Assist with monthly procurement reporting. Qualifications Grade 12 Previous procurement or purchasing experience advantageous. Computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook). Experience with ERP or procurement systems beneficial. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
