Procurement Coordinator
The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica
- Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places
- Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers
- ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit
- Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made
