Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines;
- Prepare and issue purchase order(s) to vendors and suppliers;
- Assist in stock level monitoring and reordering of stock when required;
- Generate and maintain accurate procurement records;
- Maintain filing system up-to-date;
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to confirm order specifications and resolve any delivery or invoice discrepancies;
- Communicate order status, shipment updates, and delays to relevant department;
- Handle general office admin tasks related to procurement; and
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior or the management from time to time.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma graduates. 1-2 years' experience in the EV or related technology industry (optional, but beneficial).
