Procurement Director (F&B) Role Overview Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain improvements. Support new product development while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Develop sourcing strategies (local and global) to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability. Identify and mitigate risks across suppliers, materials, and markets. Analyze pricing trends and identify alternative sources to improve cost and quality. Define supplier qualification, procurement methods, and quality standards. Partner with project teams to support new product development. Taking care of a team 6-8 pax Procurement Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
