Job Title: MEP Buyer / Procurement Engineer
Job Summary:
The MEP Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing
materials and services related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
The role ensures the timely availability of materials at competitive prices while
maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities ( but not limited to):
Procure MEP materials such as HVAC equipment, electrical items,
plumbing fixtures, and fire-fighting systems.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on project
requirements.
Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for cost, quality, and delivery
performance.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material
requirements.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery to site.
