Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer (internal) satisfaction are accomplished;
- Jointly developing and implementing category strategies set by the Category Manager to drive direction and results;
- Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations;
- Verifying spend analysis, market insights, SLA’s and total cost of ownership;
- Assessing current business and legal risks in existing and or new contracts based on Contract Management guidelines set;
- Drafting contracts and/or statements of work;
- Building accountability for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels;
- Managing supplier pay terms in adherence to contract;
- Be an example driver of change, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement and other related departments;
- Ensure that all other duties set by the line Manager are being completed in a timely manner.
