Job Description
Salary Range: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 Per Month
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, order placement, and timely deliveries.
Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site and operations teams.
Analyze, consumption patterns, and category performance.
Maintain purchase records, indents, invoices, Suppliers list, Quotation, comparison charts and vendor documentation.
Track seasonal product launches, and pricing updates regularly.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Analytical and coordination abilities. Real Estate software experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
